Hey Everybody, Today i' am blogging about an amazing drink brand called VIT-HIT.

Vit-Hit is an Irish brand, that creates healthy drinks, that are really good for you. The drinks were made because of a lack of healthy drinks, espcailly for people that train in the gym. The drinks include less sugar then a normal sports drink, like lucozade sport. VIT-HIT also contains 100% Recommended daily allowance of 8 vitamins plus health giving teas and herbs for overall wellbeing. VIT-HIT is now a very recognisable Irish brand which is exported to 8 countries worldwide. VIT-HIT has proven that with innovation and creativity, any Irish brands can compete nationally and Internationally in a very competitive and global marketplace. Who knew health could be so beneficial!

VIT-HIT makes six different flavors, these include Detox- Mandarin, Boost- Berry, Lean and Green- Apple and Elderflower, Revive- Citrus, Immunitea- Dragonfruit and Yuzu, Vitaltea- Pineapple and Coconut.

Detox- Mandrin= VitHit Mandarin & Mango has 10% juice blended with spring water and vitamins. Less than 35 calories per bottle. This drink contains 100% niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin b6, folic acid, biotin & vitamin b12 which are great for a healthy metabolism. Also contains 300 mgs Green tea extract, perfect for inner cleansing. Detox contains 300mgs of green tea, this is the same amount as 3 full cups, which is an effective antioxidant, and when combined with vitamin C gives overall protection.

Boost- Berry= There are a lot of drinks out there that will get your heart pumping like a thirsty oil pump on a Texas morning, but we prefer the alternative approach.Each bottle of Boost by VITHIT contains 100% RDA of energy releasing b vitamins, with Rooibos tea, which is packed with Antioxidants. Boost also contains Ginseng, which for years has been used as a natural energiser in the far East. All together, this makes boost the ‘energy alternative’ within ‘alternative energy’!

Lean and green- Apple and Elderflower= Mate Tea: High in Vitamins and minerals. Mate tea is three times stronger in antioxiants than green tea. People drink this to support weight loss and help boost physical energy.

Revive- Citrus= Revive was created for those who want to give a lift to their day, without having a sugar crash.This blend of citrus fruits, fused with vitamins, water and 300 mgs of white tea, is the perfect elixir to start your day. With just 16 calories per bottle, plus 100% RDA of 8 vitamins, There is 300 mgs of white tea and 25 mgs of ginseng.

Immuntea- Dragonfruit and Yuzu= This is a delicious blend of Dragonfruit and yuzu fruit, blended with Ceylon tea and a host of vitamins and minerals. Containing 100% RDA of 7 vitamins plus Zinc and Vitamin C, Immunitea is the perfect blend for everyday defence. Immunitea also contains 300 mgs of ceylon tea which is high in antioxidants. Immunitea is the perfect daily tonic for those who wish to protect themselves for the rigors that life throws our way.

Vitaitea- Pineapple and coconut= If pineapples and coconuts had a baby this would be it! VIT-HIT have managed to pack 100% rda of 8 vitamins, plus 130mgs of matcha tea and added in some amino acids in a delicious blend of subtle coconut and pineapple juice. Great for exercise or if you just need to replenish after a tough day.

VIT-HIT have also brought out sparkling drinks in cans. There are three flavors and these include Coconut, Mango, Lime white tea, Lime and Ginger Tea and Raspberries, Elderflower, Mint and Rooibos Tea.
